Hello, I’m Russell Duker,
A real estate agent and also owner and operator of DW Project Management (DWPM) and General contracting. We are based 100 per cent in Costa Rica. Welcome.
We’re a locally registered corporation, with over 30 years of management experience and over 10 years of direct project management experience. We’re well versed in the management side of things, but also are proud to offer the services of a dedicated team of local contractors. We exclusively serve our existing clients, as well as welcoming and serving the needs of new clients.
We understand each person and property is unique, and we’ll work with you to form a management plan or vacation itinerary distinctly your own.
With his combined business background and real estate experience and extensive network of local contractors, Russell and his team at DWPM are here for your project management and general contracting needs.
